Every student will be paid Rs. 6000 stipend per month for the complete program, as well as the actual tuition fee.
Students need to compete for securing admission at the participating institution as per admission policy of the institution and be enrolled in Undergraduate (4 years) programs. Students in financial need who are already enrolled in participating institutions are also eligible to apply.

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has introduced new Degree Attestation System (DAS) w.e.f. 29th May, 2017 wherein all applicants have to apply online for degree attestation by creating their accounts on HEC web link https://eservices.hec.gov.pk and complete their online profile.28-Jan-2022
Eligibility Criteria. Applicant must be a citizen of Pakistan/AJ&K. Must be between the age of 18-22 years for Undergraduate programs. The age limit should not exceed from 35 years for students applying for Masters degree programs.
